I have been volunteering at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles since November as interpreter of exhibits and behind the scenes in the gardens and citizen science department taking 6 hr shifts on weekends and 2 hr shifts on weekdays.
Recycling Club
I have gone around my school collecting bottles and sorting them for 3 hrs on Tuesday's in our school. Collecting more than 5,000 bottles and cans. Recycling to gain money that would go to out reach programs in foreign countries to build schools.
Beach Clean Up
I have also done my fair share of beach clean up in Dockweiler liter free,picking up plastic,cans, and pieces of trash left behind that may cause harm to animal life for 4 hrs for 3 days with my school.
